ADDITIONAL USES FOR 7% HP

Most uses will be at 3 percent dilution.

When diluting HP the use of distilled or Reverse Osmosis purified water is essential to prevent loss of any oxygen in Hydrogen Peroxide to unwanted Total Dissolved Solids.
All entries in the following table are approximations and where not shown as teaspoons (ts), should be read as ounces. Bottle capacities are: PINT--16 ounces, QUART--32 ounces, GALLON--128 ounces.

TO MAKE ONE >>         PINT              QUART           GALLON
ADD OZs. OF >>    WATER    7%   WATER    7%   WATER    7%
   TO MAKE 1/2%      15   1ts  30  2  122  6
   TO MAKE 1%      14.5   1.5  29  3  118  10
   TO MAKE 3%      12   4  24  8  99  29

Example, to make a quart of 3% solution, add 2 ounces of 7% HP, to 30 ounces of distilled water (H2O). If you want a full gallon of 3% solution, remove29 ounces from a gallon of distilled water and replace them with 29 ounces of 7% HP.

DRINKING WATER: In water supplied by a city, it isn't necessary to add HP to eliminate bacteria because this is accomplished by the use of chlorine and fluorides by the city. We don't recommend drinking water treated this way due to potential health hazards.
If bottled water as purchased from a store is used, it may still contain these chemicals; a call to the producer can confirm whether or not they are used. If a home distillery or reverse osmosis purification system is used then the last stage of filtration should be with charcoal to eliminate these chemicals. Boiling is not recommended as a purifier since the pure water is escaping in the steam and merely concentrating the contaminants in what is left. Capture the steam, as in distillation, and use it. Otherwise, if stream, spring, or standing water must be used then undesolved solids can be filtered out and either wet or dry peroxide is added to destroy bacteria. The amount to use is 15 drops per gallon of HP.. Again, if necessary to boil, it is better (if possible) to capture the steam and then treat with peroxide.. Otherwise, if stream, spring, or standing water must be used then undissolved solids can be filtered out and either wet or dry peroxide is added for bacteria. Depending on the water’s quality, the amount to use is 5 to 15 drops per gallon of HP or ¼ to 1 teaspoon for Crystal Oxygen(CO). Again, if it is possible to capture the steam of water from these sources and treat with HP or CO it is superior to boiling.

ORAL USE Oxygen rich HP can be taken by the drop, i.e., so many drops, so many times a day. It can also be premixed at a 1/2 percent solution and sipped throughout the day. Some people prefer to bathe in a tub with a dilsfbave ute solution (see directions below). Some doctors, who have studied Dr. Farr's research recommend intravenous treatments; this is especially popular at clinics in Mexico. One other oral treatment which employs a atomizer bottle inhale HP as it is sprayed into one's mouth. This method really saturates the lungs (washes the blood) with oxygen.
DROPS For first time users start with 9 to 15 drops in at least 6 ounces of water and take 3 times a day on an "empty" stomach (a half hour before eating and 2 hours after eating). This increase of oxygen coursing throughout your body can release toxins that may result in your feeling discomfort. It is normal, to be expected, but is short in duration. Increase the amount of drops weekly (up to 45) as long as you can tolerate the dosage. This amount can then be decreased to a maintenance level to take daily.
If the taste of HP presents a problem then you can use one of the other methods or you can take Crystal Oxygen capsules. The CO capsules with herbs are equal to 11 drops of HP; without herbs they are equal to 22 drops.
ATOMIZER Prepare a pint of 1% solution to be used in an atomizer. As we breathe, carbon dioxide is released from the blood in the lungs while the blood absorbs oxygen from the air. The idea is to increase oxygen levels. To do this breathe through the mouth so as to rush air into the lungs. while doing this depress the atomizer's plunger to allow a fine mist of oxygen rich, moist air into the lungs, thus saturating incoming blood.
VEGETABLE SOAK: Add 1/4-quarter cup of 3% and enough cold water to cover. Soak light vegetables, such as, lettuce, etc. for 10 minutes. Soak thick-skinned vegetables like cucumbers, squash, etc. for 30 minutes. Drain when finished, but not necessary to dry (they keep longer too). If time is a problem you can spray the vegetables with 3% HP, let them stand for a few minutes and rinse.
MEAT SOAK and MARINADE: To rid meat, beef, pork, chicken, etc, and fish (especially odor) of salmonella and E-Coli, soak the cut or entire piece in 3% HP for 10 to 15 minutes. To marinade, place the meat (also wild game) in a pan or pot to cover with 3%. Place in refrigerator overnight, the next day rinse and cook
TO FRESHEN KITCHEN (other areas also): Keep a spray bottle of 3% handy. Use it to clean counter tops and appliances. Besides giving the kitchen a fresh smell it also disinfects as good as or better than most new brands of bacteria control p .
FOR DISHWASHERS: Add 2 ounces of 3 % to your regular washing formula to help glassware sparkle.
WASHING & LAUNDRY: Add 8 ounces of 3% to your wash in place of bleaches or ¼ cup of dry.
SPROUTING SEEDS: Use 1 ounce of 3% HP to 12 ounces of water. Soak the seeds according to sprouting instructions. Add 1 ounce of 3% each time you change the water. Growth should occur in 24 to 48 hours.
PLANTS: To start plants. Make 1 gallon of 1/2% solution. In your potting soil at the depth where the seed is placed, pour an ounce of solution and drop in the seed(s) and cover. Water the soil daily with the solution, but don't flood the container. For good results in the early stages use a spray bottle with an adaptable nozzle; squirt the soil or mist the foliage. When the plants are ready to transfer to the garden or a larger container, use the same watering technique. Depending on garden size plants can be treated once or twice a week at ground level and spraying foliage. spray can also be used for delicate leaves or as experience shows dilute the solution further.
INSECTICIDE For plants to fight insect ravaging, mix 8 ounces of sugar (this helps adhere the HP to the foliage) and 2 ounces of 3% HP in 1 quart of water and spray as often as felt necessary.
PETS: Add 4 to 5 drops of 7% to drinking water, change water daily. A letter from a user of HP tells of her pet goose, which was ill and unable to walk. Several drops were added to the goose’s water; after some days the goose was up and walking... quacking when it saw a stranger. In Robert Stroud’s book regarding treating birds, he advises using for canaries, 5 drops of 7% to 3/4 of a tablespoon. For larger birds and animals increase the amount of drops according to their size, but do not exceed 5 drops. Give pets, which are not ill, 1 to 5 drops to eight ounces of water for maintenance. For any skin problems use a cotton swab and 3% HP to bathe the area.
STEAMERS: Use 1 ounce of 3% to 1 pint of water. This can be used in a room or as an inhalant.
IN THE BATHROOM: Keep a bottle of 3% in the bathroom. Spray your body after drying to replace the acid mantle removed by soap from your skin. Also, 3% sprayed on a cotton ball can be used as a facial freshener. If you are pressed for time, but need an underarm treatment, then a cotton ball soaked with 3% works wonders. For bacteria control lightly spray toilet paper just before it is used. As in the kitchen spray all surfaces as a bactericide.
ATHLETE’S FEET: Soak feet in a 3% HP for 1/2 hour nightly. Spray feet with 3%, and air-dry before putting on socks.
MOUTHWASH: Use a 3% solution or if you prefer a flavored solution add 10 to 20 drops of any flavor (available at health food stores, but get the water soluble type), swish around mouth until foaming stops (also dissolves plaque), but do not swallow. Swallowing won’t be harmful, but it has no value either.
TOOTHPASTE: Use baking soda and make a paste with 3% HP in the palm of your hand. Add a flavor if you like, but don’t make a batch in advance because the oxygen content will be diminished.
TUB SOAK: For a soothing soak use 4 to 5 ounces of 7% to a tub of hot water, hot as you can stand (20 to 30 gallons). Because it is very relaxing the suggested time to do this is before going to bed. Depending on the quality of water in your area (contains a large amount of dissolved solids) more HP may be required.
EYE WASH: In a dropper bottle that measures the drops usually a 2 ounce bottle, fill it almost full with quality water and add 2 drops of 7%. If you feel no burning sensation or only a slight burning sensation then add another drop. This helps as an eye cleaner and even provides some relief from pressure of the glaucoma type. A modified diet using only cold processed oils, especially olive oil and flaxseed oil, and eliminating such things as peanut butters help control this condition.
EAR WASH: To clean out the ears of wax warm a 3% solution (4 to 5 ounces). First clean out an ear syringe with some 3% solution and fill the syringe with the warmed solution. With the head over a sink (ear down toward the sink) squirt the solution into the ear. Drops of 3% can be placed into the ear to soften earwax.
DOUCHE: Use equal parts of 3% and water as the maximum dosage. May start with more water and gradually decrease the amount of water.
ENEMA: Start with 3 tablespoons of 3% to a quart of water and gradually increase the amount. Six tablespoons of 3% would be the maximum dosage.
COLONIC: Start with 1/2 pint of 3% to 5 gallons of water. Gradually increase to 1-pint maximum dosage. In a colonic cleanse mix ½ pint (8 ounces) of 3% with 5 gallons of distilled water (OK to use reverse osmosis water that has been tested to 35 parts per million of dissolved solids. Where purity of water (less dissolved solids) is uncertain, it may be necessary to increase the amount of 3% up to a pint (16 ounces). Also, depending on tenderness, it is more prudent to start with a half-pint with 5 gallons. Double the amount for ten gallons.
SPA TREATMENT: Depending on the amount of people to use the spa use 5 to 12 ounces of 7% to 100 gallons of water. Since the water will remain in the spa for several days it is necessary to check the PPM (parts per million) of solution to assure the correct amount. These test strips are available from your distributor. The range of the water should be around 25ppm. The filters will have to be observed for saturation due to the release of surface oils from the bathers. Depending on the quality of water in your area (contains a large amount of dissolved solids) more HP may be required.
SWIMMING POOLS: For each 5000 gallons of water add four gallons of 7% or 4 pounds of dyhydroxy. Since the water will remain in the pool for several days it is necessary to check the PPM (parts per million) of solution to assure the correct amount. HP test strips are available from your distributor. The range of the water should be around 25ppm, add solution as required, generally a ½ gallon of HP or 2 pounds of dyhydroxy weekly. Depending on the quality of water in your area (contains a large amount of dissolved solids) more HP may be required.
WARTS & MOLES: Use 7% at full strength. If the area to be treated is large then using a dropper bottle, drop however many are needed to cover the area. If the area is small then place one or two drops on a q-tip and rub onto the area. Depending on size of wart treated a couple of weeks to a few months treatment may be required.
SCRATCHES AND WOUNDS: Always have a bottle of 3% available in a spray bottle. Spray the effected area until foaming stops. Also helpful for minor burns and sun burns to soothe and heal.
INSECT BITES: Spray 3% or apply 7% directly with a q-tip to dissolve any infectious fluids from the insect.
POISON IVY and OAK: Spray often with 3% to neutralize the oil from the ivy, let dry and spray with salted water when itch is unbearable. Salt will dry the poisonous oils and cause the area to quickly heal with a minimum of discomfort. Discomfort generally leaves in 4 to 5 days. Also, and it sounds strange, eat cashew nuts as a remedy!

Wishing you good health and well being
